Gerhard Richter: Red-Yellow-Blue

Startling colours, soft greys, undulating lines and large canvases are the hallmark of Richter's abstract period. Like all of Richter's painting, these works defy categorization, reflecting the artist's own journey towards understanding the world around him, a journey he invites his viewers to share with him.
